I had an amazing time at Kemer Holiday Club Hotel! The gardens were beautifully kept, and the large swimming pools were perfect for relaxing. The food options were plenty and diverse, satisfying everyone's cravings. However, communication with some staff was a bit challenging due to language barriers, and the occasional smell from the bathroom was not pleasant. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Our stay was simply amazing! The lush greenery and the beautiful beach made for a perfect backdrop to our family vacation. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff always ready to assist, which made us feel valued. While the food variety was satisfying, it could use a bit more creativity. Overall, the experience provided great value for money, making it easy to consider returning in the future.
Our family had an amazing vacation at this hotel, where we enjoyed the clean and spacious grounds filled with greenery. The food was absolutely delicious with so many options available. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay even better. However, the presence of smokers, especially near children, was a downside that the management could address. Also, the need to wake up early to claim sun loungers was somewhat frustrating.
Our stay at the hotel was fantastic, surrounded by beautiful greenery and a lovely garden setting. The dining options were abundant and delicious, satisfying our appetites throughout the day. The spacious main pool and variety of activities for all ages made our holiday exciting. Unfortunately, there were some minor issues with communication due to language barriers, and the room could have been ideally more spacious; however, the overall experience was highly enjoyable.
This hotel is truly a gem with its beautiful garden setting and fantastic family facilities. The food was diverse and delicious, keeping everyone happy throughout our stay. The staff, especially the guest relations team, provided outstanding support during a challenging time. However, the Wi-Fi could be improved as I faced frequent disconnections, and some staff had difficulty communicating in English.
